I bought my 2026 ford raptor sight unseen. I was shown a video of the complete truck inside and out. Bianca was my sales person and she is absolutely awesome, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful guiding us through the process. She even returns phone calls. Navasota ford even delivered my truck to my driveway in Cedar Park texas. EAG Ford Navasota has no integrity or business ethics and cannot be trusted. I worked a deal on a vehicle through countless calls and frequent texts with the sales rep. They took a deposit via credit card to secure the vehicle on 11/6. They said the deal was contingent on financing with them and asked me to complete a finance app which I reluctantly did. Bought my vehicle purely online.’never thought I would do that. Negotiations were easy and felt after doing a ton of research this really was a great deal for a vehicle I have been searching on for a long time! They took very detailed pictures/videos. The most horrible customer service and unresponsive team I have EVER worked with in my entire life! I had to actually get an attorney after they threatened me with theirs who I never got to correspond with over a warranty that they sold me and would not honor. After the motor locked up and me hiring an attorney they bought the truck back from me like they were doing me a favor AND NEVER ADMITTED ANY WRONG DOING OR FAULT AT ANY POINT. From the from desk to to GM absolutely unprofessional!

Never got a copy of a purchase order and called Kevin harden multiple times the credit manager and no response because I I am from out of town and had no care to talk or take care of people. Out of town get out. Nobody should deal like that and sad to see they care like that.

We bought a used 2016 F250. After getting home, we found the tailgate latch does not work. When taking it back because the check engine light came on (they said they couldn't do anything because it had by then gone off, it's on and off), they brushed off the tailgate latch issue. They would not do anything about it. This is our first time to buy from this dealership and because of a minimum fix issue (tailgate latch) that they wouldn't address, it will be my last time.

Elliot team far was BY FAR the best dealer experience I had and I talked to 4 or 5 ford dealers in houston who were all in-helpful or just downright obnoxious about selling a superduty as in short Supply .. Jimmy my sales guy was super low pressure , helpful and he earned my business on the spot to buy a 23 F250 Lariat…. Gave me good trade in price as well equal to carmax with no hassle … Finance guy was super friendly and efficient as well - forgot name Sorry :-)…. We purchased a 2014 Nissan Frontier from Elliott Team Ford. There was an issue with the shifting mechanism. It had to be manually released from Park in order to move into another gear.
