Not honestly a good place. Never got a copy of a purchase order and called Kevin harden multiple times the credit manager and no response because I I am from out of town and had no care to talk or take care of people. Out of town get out. Nobody should deal like that and sad to see they care like that.
I am a driver for Mac Haik Dodge Temple Tx. My drive partner an I were heading to Houston to get a vehicle. Unfortunately we had a flat, so we chose to go to EAG for help. Paul was very helpful in assisting us to get a new tire. Didn't have to do that. The technician that took my partner was extremely nice. Everyone was very professional and smiling.

We bought a used 2016 F250. After getting home, we found the tailgate latch does not work. When taking it back because the check engine light came on (they said they couldn't do anything because it had by then gone off, it's on and off), they brushed off the tailgate latch issue. They would not do anything about it. This is our first time to buy from this dealership and because of a minimum fix issue (tailgate latch) that they wouldn't address, it will be my last time.

I'm over 2 hours away from the dealership. Saw a truck online that I wanted. Offered me a great deal on my trade and the price of the truck. Signed papers electronically and they delivered my new truck to my place of work. Easiest Deal I've ever done with an auto purchase. Highly Recommend. Erik was my salesperson. Pleasant buying experience with the dealership, no tricks or hard up-sell. Relaxed atmosphere and the sales person Jimmy had the car pulled up ready for my arrival. Elliot team far was BY FAR the best dealer experience I had and I talked to 4 or 5 ford dealers in houston who were all in-helpful or just downright obnoxious about selling a superduty as in short Supply .. Jimmy my sales guy was super low pressure , helpful and he earned my business on the spot to buy a 23 F250 Lariat…. Gave me good trade in price as well equal to carmax with no hassle … Finance guy was super friendly and efficient as well - forgot name Sorry :-)…. Great guys and I don’t give praise normally for free !

I ordered a vehicle through Elliott Team Ford. Once the vehicle arrived, everything on the paperwork was exactly as we had discussed beforehand with no surprises.
We purchased a 2014 Nissan Frontier from Elliott Team Ford. There was an issue with the shifting mechanism. It had to be manually released from Park in order to move into another gear. We were pretty much assured it was just a minor issue/repair, likely a loose cable in the shift mechanism. So in order to make a better deal, we bought the Frontier in "As Is" condition. Had an absolutely great experience. We had been dealing with multiple dealerships looking for a specific vehicle and found it here. Wasn’t sure about a two hour drive to get there but so glad we did. I have used TEAM Ford since approximately 2005. They even worked on my 2003 Dodge pickup. My grandson worked in service for a year and proudly drove that very same Dodge to work.
